Children create a maze using straws on a cardboard base and guide a small ball through it. This game builds problem-solving skills, patience, and hand-eye coordination.

how to play

The kids are given a piece of cardboard and few small pieces of straws, The story must include some concept of making a tricky passway or bhulbhulaiya like structure, kids are firslt assigned to outline the path they wanna build and after completing that they are given the task to paste the straw pieces in the ma they drew. after this they can play with the maze by adding small marbles and gliding them across the map. this game can we played in two session as time might not be enough to complete it in a single session

Challanges

  1. Let two groups of kids each make their own maze.
  2. Swap mazes between the groups and have them solve each other's maze.
  3. After that, you can try making a bigger maze for an even greater challenge!
  4. Have a definite start and finish point in the maze and make a marble roll through it, finding the way.

  1. What kind of shapes or structure do you see inside this maze?
  2. Can you build a maze for a marble that includes at least one square, rectangle, and triangle?
