Fun Play Learn the NGO was created with a vision of improving many different outcomes.

1. Early education is often based on rote learning in a repetitive authoritarian environment. Modern pedagogical research finds play-based learning much more effective in stimulating curiosity and better outcomes than the traditional format.
2. We seek to:
   • create an environment where children are excited, engaged and having fun
   • play novel, low cost, absorbing learning games with them
   • stimulate their creativity and problem-solving skills
   Our games are intended to foster cooperation amongst children and foster child-to-child learning.
3. To achieve the above we motivate and deploy teenagers and young adults to run these games in schools. We do this to provide these teenagers with a sense of purpose, a positive channel for their energy, and a training ground for work experience.
4. We look for partner schools who serve the underprivileged, whether private or government. However in a partner school we look for those who will embrace the pedagogical model we have and motivate their teachers to apply these methods in their classrooms.

This approach is based on rigorous modern pedagogy and years of experiments in multiple countries.
